You start with a grapevine or any wreath and of course the trusty old glue gun...and lots of glue sticks.... Lots of Shiny Brite vintage bulbs if you have them...but you can use any old or new bulbs you may have.  I look all year for old bulbs...Their colors and age make a big difference in how it looks when finished. Wrap the wreath with tinsel before you start gluing the bulbs on
